[dba-SQLServer] Securables in SQL Server 2005

Elizabeth,
  Sorry for not replying before... I've been really busy for the last
2 months... I didn't see anyone reply to your message either.  I have
opted to set permissions using the query window now, this saves me on
having to exercise my mouse hand.

Generally it looks something like this:

GRANT SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE ON vw_SomeView TO SomeRole
