Ok, after 12 years of focusing on Access and using SQL Server only
occasionally (treating it just as another table via and ODBC connection) I'm
ready to plunge in.  Can anyone provide advice on the best current resources
for getting a good start?

I'm sure this question is asked frequently, but by its very nature, the
answer probably changes every 6 months.
