[dba-SQLServer] Can't find the principal

Supposedly you can just change owners, but I've never been able to make that
work correctly (could be my stupidity rather than an MS problem). But I've
gotten around this by creating a new database and then importing everything
from the other one. Then the ownership stuff on the new database is fine,
and then you can delete the old one.
