It's a free version of Peter DeBetta's book "Introducing SQL Server 2008".
When entering the page you can get a preview of chapter 1 and 11, or as
stated on the page:
"The entire contents of this book will be made available from this site in
late Q1 2008."
However, when clicking the button to download the entire book I only get
chapter 1 and 11.
Has Peter DeBetta not finish his book yet, or do I have to use a different
link?
