[dba-SQLServer] Really Interesting puzzle

Thanks for the idea Mark. At this point in the development we can invent
whatever filenames we like. Currently we're using a naming scheme like
xxx_##, where ## is a sequence, but your approach may have  advantages. I
have to ponder it.
