[dba-SQLServer] Contiguous Time Periods

To be honest, I scanned the whole thing quickly, thinking the whole time about the validation 
function that you wrote / helped write.

I'm thinking that this is about doing millions of records where you need the speed of SQL Server to 
get it to work at all.
