[dba-SQLServer] sql2005 express to standard

Another thought this timtrack software has the deal been done etc, if not
is there a similar product that could be brought in that would run on SQL
Express versions, what does this timtrack software do ?, could something
similar be written in-house or out-sourced to provide a cheaper option in
the long run ?
