[dba-Tech] Office Toolbar

I can get as far as Microsoft Office Tools but here's no option
"Microsoft Office Shortcut Bar"  Maybe they somehow disabled it on the
install.  Thanks.

No, they didn't.  Go to Start / All Programs / Microsoft Office Tools /
Microsoft Office Shortcut Bar.
