[dba-Tech] discovering DHCP server

IIRC there's an easy way to discover which device on a notwork is acting as
a DHCP server - unfortunately the how part escapes me at the moment.

I'm working ground zero with a client who fired their last consultant and
has no idea what a DHCP server is let alone where it is. I need to locate it
so that I can turn it off and use another device to be DHCP server.

Any ideas? (besides checking every device on the network.)
