[dba-Tech] Incoming connection

Trying to get my wife's machine to allow the other machines in the network
to access it, I looked un 'permissions' in Help and got this:


To grant incoming connection access rights to your computer
Open Network Connections.
Click Incoming Connections, and then, under Network Tasks, click Change
settings of this connection.

I think this may be what I need, but when I open network connections, I
cannot find 'Network Tasks' anywhere.  Does anyone know where they've hidden
this?
