thats what I think: when will you need support? hardly ever? (maybe I'm 
naive)
I have also partition magic from them and it has worked great since years, 
thats why I trust their Drive Image.
And I have jsut seen that you can tell it how many backups to keep when you 
have it make automated backups.

BTW, I also use karens Replicator for data folders. this one can replicate 
deleted files or folders if you wish so
