Yeah, the "upgrade" to a zero version is not appealing, especially
since it appears to be pirated. I've suggested to her a full re-format
and re-install of everything...perhaps with a purchased copy of
Windows, even!

I don't think I'll suggest Partition Magic. I've spent way too much
time on this already.
