[dba-Tech] Software on a USB Drive

I've seen 8GB. It's form factor is a bit smaller than a credit card with a
pop-out USB plug. I borrowed it from my father in law (who has every
conceivable gadget) to transfer a couple of gigs of email from one machine
to another. It actually got hot to the touch while writing.

Wow. That is one seriously neat price. But I think I'll hold out for the 1TB
USB stick. I already have 1 GB. Size matters.

I got a 1GB USB drive at Fry's today. $10 after the $20 rebate. But it
comes pre-loaded with Google Desktop, Google Toolbar, and Google Picasa.
Any of this good, bad, indifferent?
