[dba-Tech] McAfee's A/V software runs amok on Windows Vista'stray

I actually post it here for people that might have to troubleshoot it, right
now ther eis no solution but I'm sure thye'll have on esoon.

Why do you put up with that? AVG Free is Vista compatible:

I have McAfee on Vista and don't have this problem. It does a reinstall
about every freaking day though which bothers me to no end.
But it does that on XP too.I get it free as part of my cable internet
package so I can't complain too much I guess.
