[dba-Tech] doc sharing software - recommended tool?

Thanks Gustav. Unfortunately Google docs not an option as documents are 
not allowed to be uploaded outside our network (makes sense). I think 
Sharepoint may be the answer but as we are still on Office version 2002 I 
don't know that Sharepoint will be compatible.
