[dba-Tech] IE 7 Security Question

IE 7 keeps popping up this message to the effect that a site is trying to
open the page "about:blank" in my Trusted Sites; do I want to allow it? How
in tarnation can I make this go away? I've tried lowering the settings to
medium and that's not enough. When I open my iGoogle page it asks me about 7
times (one for each gadget I've installed).
