I found out why I can't do this... It's because I'm not an Enterprise Administrator. I've tried searching the web, and it's telling me to right click on "Administrative Templates", but I can't find that either in Group Policy Management, or in Users and Computers. Am I going blind, or just missing something really obvious? If it makes any difference, it's a Windows 2003 Active Directory domain.
