[dba-Tech] [dba-OT] Notwork Not working

HAL9004 preceded HAL9005 as you can probably guess. And was my main machine
until it HAL9005 came along. But I don't know what the DNS server is. How
would I check for that? Isn't it all peer-to-peer?

HAL9004 was probably serving as your workgroup server thing. Maybe the DNS
server? Was that your main machine at any time? Or the first one
connected? I don't know enough about networking to shake a stick at but I
google well. ;-) Drew will know what your deal is I'm sure.

Check out that other link I sent and maybe it will get you going. It's
midnight here and I have to get up at 5 so I best get my backside in bed.

I'll check up on you tomorrow.

Good luck!
