[dba-Tech] Workbooks collection begins with 1

My vote is that the Excel team were not talking  to the Access team on they day the came up with the Workbooks collection.

Most VBA collections begin with the index value of 0. I'm working with Excel's Workbooks collection, and Workbooks(0) returns an error. Any idea why this one's different? Maybe it's an Excel thing? I don't work much with VBA in Excel.
