Hi All, I have an HP laptop, the touchpad for the cursor has a strip to the right which used to let me scroll down the screen. It stopped working and I can't figure out how to 'turn' it on again. I reset the mouse to defaults but no change. Any ideas where the settings might be? MTIA Ed Edward P.
