I suggest you disable the startup of Windows Search and the Outlook add-in
in order to avoid conflicts. 

Actually I suggest you just completely uninstall it ;o)

Well I got the Search to work but I'm not sure how useful it will be.  I'd
like to try LookOut - appreciate a copy @ rockysmolin at bchacc.com.  Sounds
like more what I'm looking for - something to quickly locate an email.
