[dba-Tech] Recommendation for free PC hardware diagnostic software

Hello Jon and Rusty,

Thanks for your suggestions, I suggested to him that he have a look at
benchmarking software.  And I suggested that he look out for reviews by
pcmag and others to see what software they use.
