Hi Arthur,

I'm not quite sure if you mean that he simply wants to have a simple url or
if he wants to implement some code in some pre-existing codebase to do
this, but tinyurl.com lets you customise your urls. Here is an example I
made for you.

http://tinyurl.com/Sarasota-HeraldTribune-21May78

There is one caveat, which is that there is a limit to how long your custom
url is (with tinyurl anyways), so this was the best I could do.
