I don't see that anywhere. If I click Send/Receive | Settings, all I see is Define Send/Receive Groups, Disable Send/Receive Schedule and Show Progress. I didn't see anything relevant under Tools | Options either. (This is Outlook 2007; maybe that makes a difference?)
