We used it here, as a group, when we had a dozen people working on different parts of a grant application document. One guy did the work on system design, another did research on securing matching funds and in-kind donations, I did the part on environmental issues, etc. As we got pieces finished, we dropped them in the Dropbox to be shared with the whole team. The final day, we were gathered around a table, six laptops fired up, asking questions of one another, then passing along our edited documents. It was just great!
