[dba-Tech] Windows 8 equivalent of the Run command

I haven't had any luck finding either the command window or the Run
command. Does either exist in Windows 8? I need to run netstat -o to obtain
a list of the ports in use and who;s using them. I'm trying to eliminate a
conflict on port 80.

Any ideas, folks?
