[dba-Tech] Provision a New Linux Dev Environment in Nothing Flat with Puppet

I haven't ever used it with Windows, so I can't speak to that, but I've used puppet manage 50+ Linux servers and, when you get to that scale, you need all the help you can get. Plus, it really helps as a reference point in documenting your machines.
