[dba-Tech] Korean Launches

These launches are not about the satellites, but about the launches. North
Korea managed to beat South Korea into space. The North Korean launch was
home-built, while the South Korean launch used technology borrowed from
Russia -- not that it's a bad thing in itself, but either way, we now have
a Korean Star Wars on our hands.

Next thing, I predict, will be satellites from any number of "stans". Might
one ask, "Why not feed your people?" But no. That has no traction in terms
of headlines.
