[dba-Tech] A new compiled JavaScript?

Please, can we stop this abuse of the word "compiler" which has crept in recently.  

To me a compiler is still something that converts a high level language to a low level set of 
instructions -  usually machine code.

Javascript is an interpreted language..

Dart uses a "cross-language translator", not a compiler  to generate javascript.
