Hi Stuart:

The Macro using version, at best, I would suspect.
 
According to rumours, LibreOffice is going full Cloud and Internet and it has, what appears to be (it is all macro and function driven but I have not yet put it to its paces), its version called BASE, which may be an adequate replacement, of the MS Office version of Access.
