I mostly stumbled upon the feature, which is now persistent on my working PCs browser and could quite remember how I got there. Thanks for posting that link.

Mebbe 'cuz it's sortta hidden. Unless the screen's huge, the console 
menu can escape notice at the very bottom till you grow it.
