[dba-Tech] Screen Clip Tool in Windows 8.1

Thanks Gustav! Before you replied, I tried the old trick of Alt+PrtScr and
got what I needed. IIRC, in previous versions of Windows this keystroke
combination grabbed the entire screen. Now it grabs only the window with
focus, which was actually what I wanted.
