[dba-Tech] Windows Update not Completing

Thanks Gustav,

Yea, that's kind of what I was thinking, but since it's not my laptop,
I wasn't sure if I'd screw up the Window installation and have to
rebuild their laptop. :)

If it was mine, I'd have powered off and taken my chances a long time ago.
