It's usually F1 for the setup and F12 for the boot menu.

My friend has some problems with an old IBM P4 desktop, with a Phoenix
BIOS,  which can probably be circumvented with a boot from a CD, which I
have on hand. My question is this: what magic keystroke gets me into the
BIOS so I can switch drive boot orders and make the CD drive the initial
boot drive?
