Something has happened to my laptop. Suddenly Waterfox is giving me this message: The proxy server is refusing connection Firefox is configured to use a proxy server that is refusing connections. Check the proxy settings to make sure that they are correct. Contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy server is working. As far as I know, I'm not using a proxy server; in fact, I'm not sure what a proxy server is. The desktop beside my laptop is working fine. As far as I know, I haven't done a single thing to the laptop that may have caused this. I don't know where the proxy server settings might be, but assuming that I find them, can I simply delete whatever I see there and go back to the way things were? Thank God I have two computers! -- Arthur
