[dba-Tech] Widows 10 issues

Hi Tina:

I did download Windows 10 from that site but it does assume that the OS is an upgrade but I see no reason why it would be any more of a problem if overwriting a bad Windows10 install.

Note: My subsequent install, of Windows10, on a Windows7 box, that in itself was installed a few minutes before, went flawlessly. The install just used the previous authentication code...and it even automated the activation with a single click.
