Place the time to complete current jobs into those time slots. Creating a plan/forecast a date and time which each job would be completed. And when an employee signs into a job they see a document explaining the task and what is required to complete the task. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I would happily help but I am self employed under contract with my current company and part of the terms is not to do development work for anyone else at the moment.
