[dba-Tech] Outlook tasks question

I used this yesterday and I could smack myself for making it so hard. 😊 I'm not even sorting, but seeing that prefix really clues me in quickly.

Simpler solution - combine all to-do tasks in the one list but prefix each task with a letter of number identifying which account the task belongs to.
You'd also that way have a picture of all of today's tasks are an if you'll be able to handle them all or have to move one or more to a later date.
Possible?
