since I haven't owned any HP hardware for that long; that is, I've sold or
traded in older model printers for newer over the years. LaserJet IIP,
LaserJet IID, DeskJet 890C, and LaserJet 4050T. I bought the IIP in '89 I

drives I bought gave me grief. They worked for about a year each and then died.
No possibility of repair. Kinda soured me on tape drives in
