Let me note that Employee form has some pics to load from files (when they are present) we have None such pics currently - do you plan to add some (using ones from Access Northwind?) - maybe just one fake pic - that would be enough for this version.

If you plan to add some pics please put them into \Pictures (or \Images) subfolder of \Bin folder then you can get the full path to this folder using

Northwind.NET.Utilities.Context.ExecutingAssemblyFolderName + @"Pictures\"
