Hi all OK, don't blame the child. At one time it even asked for the VS2010 dvd - to roll back the installation. Another install was in progress, or at least I hadn't rebooted the machine. So I did and ran the SP1 again. Don't go for coffee during this, don't go for lunch, not even a single-course dinner, don't settle for less than a full menu dinner followed by coffee and brandy. Or book an evening in town! /gustav
