[AccessD] AccessD Archives are UP!

That wouldn't be Verizon would it?  where I live Verizon puts out diffrent
types of plans such as 768/128 or 1.2m/128 as you can see the max they offer
home users is 128k up :o( oh well...good thing you tweaked the archives :D
