I don't know of any way to do that. When you copy a sourcesafe project, that is move it from the location it was originally created in, then the sourcesafe features are disabled and you have a sort of normal database. I don't think bringing it back and copying it back to the original location will get it back in action, but I have to admit I've never tried the latter.
