Jason, I tried forwarding port 80 to the 192.168 address of the server running IIS. However when I type in the firewall ip address in explorer, it times out. I saw references to the isp possibly blocking port 80. how do I tell if they are doing this? John W. I have been wanting to set up something like this forever. I found a quick and dirty setup for IIS at http://www.no-ip.com/tips.php/id/6 which I did and now have a web site running on IIS internal to my network. However I run behind a dlink DI-704 router / firewall. Thus while I can see the web page if I type in the internal ip address 192.168.1.150, even from my other computers, I don't know how to "see it" from outside of my network. I.e. my route ip address is 67.86.208.122 but obviously that doesn't get me inside the firewall to the web server running on 1.150. Am I going to have to place this computer outside the firewall? "Poke holes" through the firewall? Does anyone know how to allow a web site running on a computer behind a firewall to be accessible from the WWW? John W.
