[AccessD] Retrieve path to a file - Common Dialog Control

There is Ken Getz's API: Call the standard Windows File Open/Save dialog box
from Dev Ashish's site
http://www.mvps.org/access/api/api0001.htm

If you use the common dialog control, there are about 20 versions out 
there, some of which don't work or maybe just incompatible.
