Yep, PathToClip is it, I found it in downloads drive last night.  It is a
wonderful little tool.

That would be the old PowerToys SendTo enhancement. It came out for Windows
95 but it still works under windows NT. For Win 2k there's a utility out
there called PathToClipboard available from
