Seriously, I know exactly how you feel, though I'm pretty sure I haven't
been 'lurking'.  But I get just as much as I give around here (at least I
hope I give around here.....just don't ask JC <grin>)

            I have been a lurker for about 2 years now and I have just been
soaking up as much knowledge and information about Access as I could. I have
just been promoted to Program Manager and part of why I got the promotion is
the work I have done on our maintenance database. I would like to thank all
