Hi all Is it possible to do an SQL which filters out individual default fields and shows null in those default fields? I have this SQL: SELECT CONTACTS.Company, CONTACTS.Surname, CONTACTS.[First Name], CONTACTS.Counter FROM CONTACTS ORDER BY CONTACTS.Company, CONTACTS.Surname, CONTACTS.[First Name]; Default values for the 3 fields are (No prizes!) Company, Surname and First Name. The unique identifier is effectively those 3 fields, but 1 or 2 may be default values. (Counter is not included here!) TIA Kind regards, David _________________________________________________________________________ Engines2Go - Now THAT's a Search Engine!
