[AccessD] Access Window Size

I know we've had this before but sorry I can't find it.

A97. I've an Access app which I want to appear in a small window when it
runs, or when it's Restored because I actually open it minimized. But if
I resize Access to the size I want it affects Access in general not just
that app. So am I right in thinking there's an API call to set the app's
window size? And if so does anyone have it to hand?
