                    I have been a lurker for about 2 years now and I have
just been soaking up as much knowledge and information about Access as I
could. I have just been promoted to Program Manager and part of why I got
the promotion is the work I have done on our maintenance database. I would
like to thank all of you that have provided me the assistance (even if you
didn't know it) that helped me get this promotion.
